Following on from my other thread (Sprogs shouting at his new 110 thread).

I might have slightly sold it.

Anyway, I then found a little 90 in need of some love, and bought it!
To say the missus is cross would be a slight understatement!

Better description to follow.

I bet she is cross because she wanted to get it as a present for you and you have spoilt the surprise she had planned.

You could always help her by suggesting things you need wen applying love and care to your Landy.

Make a list of the things you need, give your wife the list and this time allow her to choose what she will get for you. I am sure she will then feel better. Inclusion always helps.:5bangelsad2:

Yes..... I could try that approach, but I think she may just kill me!

She knew something was up when I disappeared with my mate Phil and a car trailer...

And Valentines day is coming:D

Right.
So I got it running and then the missus bought a horse lorry, so the 90 became redundant.
I got it running with very little problem, and whacked it in for mot.
It failed.
On a drop arm ball joint, fog light and a patch of welding needed on the bulkhead near the brake servo.

How she looked for mot.

Right. So, I advertised it for sale on here, and it didn't sell so I decided to keep it.
I bought a canopy for 30 quid off Facebook.
I went to Sodbury sort out and got a whole drop arm for a tenner.

I was dreading doing the drop arm. I read a bit about it on here, and realised it could be a sod of a job.
I decided to just cut it off, 20 mins later an it was done.

The cut off arm.

Then decided to attack the bulkhead.

Stripped out the dash. (How many screws??)

Then started looking at the rot.

Ok, so it maybe more than a small patch!

More tomorrow.

To be honest I didn't realise how bad it was until I took the dash out.
The previous owner had siliconed a metal patch over the hole!!
It looks a pretty easy repair now it's all cleaned up.
Photos tomorrow.

Nearly finished prepping.

And this came in to get running. It's actually a 205 with full cage and carbon fibre body. It got a 406 turbo engine in it.
