At long last the Minion Mobile is on the road, Flew through the MOT yesterday n taxed her this morning, 200 metres to the tesco petrol station already saw one poor bloke walk into a lamp post lol..... so today was roof off and a few test runs to give her a shake out after 6 years off the road and a ground up rebuild, she sits about 14" over standard with a 9" lift incl hd springs and the 40" Maxxis hard compound treps... amusing to pop to asda this afternoon and watch the stream of photoshoots that went on lol..... only prob is with custom banded -105et rims and 65mm spacers she wont fit in any parking spaces lol

Very nice, well done"

Wow that's a real looker, you must be very proud! Very nice work indeed - is there a build thread anywhere?

Just been through the flickr album, love the pictures on standard size wheels haha!

You've put a fantastic amount of work into this, and it shows.

Nice job , its certainly achieved the look ! but save yourself a ticket , rear reflectors ? and rear mudguards ? rear fog max height ?

In that last pic of your first post, is that the brake disc I can see poking out?! If so that's some monster offset!

Hi Tacr2man ... cheers, a couple of the pics were prior to the MOT last Friday, she now has 4 rear reflectors (got a pack of stick on small circles off amazon) , mud guards arent needed , rear fog falls foul on construction and use but height doesnt actually come in to the MOT just operation as i found out when I realised it was a little high 2 weeks before the MOT, so yep it could get a ticket for that if an officer was having a slow day although the ones who've seen her so far generally have laughed or given a thumbs up lol..... theyre a good bunch round here as in most places.

Cheers Steve
