As the title I have looked at Envirophone and Ebay-what's the best way both in price after commission etc and hassle free.
looking around I think they will be going on ebay as read several unsavory things about Envirophone after friend recommending them.

I used Mazooma once, fairly straight forward, checked on their website for the price, agreed it & got £90 for a Nokia N95 ( cheque ).
Only thing i did was wrapped it in a plain jiffy when sending back and insured the parcel for a £5 ( with sig at other end to be sure ), i wasn't keen on sending it via a bright orange bag through the post with Mazooma written all over it ( they send you the bag )

What concerns me like you said is
1) they claim never arrived
2) when it arrives claim damage
3) Try to argue price down or won't send back.

So by the time you take recorded delivery into it v ebay or similar

One of the phones I have was given to me by friend with damaged screen,replaced it and casings-but then decided not for me and has sat in box ever since even though as mint as you will get.

Dialtosave =£96
Mazzoma =£85
I reckon it is worth £100
Thought about cash convertors, but strike me as paying bugger all and selling for silly money-I'm not desperate and don't want to get ripped off either

i've used mazooma a few times and never had a problem, can't say i've heard of anyone else having a problem with em either.

used envirofone and they told me it was worth 30odd quid
sent a check for 9quid
rang em, apparantly they emailed me and i didnt reply and they had already processed the phone so couldnt get it back and ended up with a tenner.
oh joy.
