Just bought my first Land Rover Freelander1 1.8 2001 nice little runner with a few minor! issues
so first off buy a kit to fix tailgate window - remove locking wheel nuts and get replacements
order kit from fleabay 12 quid, and visit local scrappy and get replacement locking nuts, full jack kit and both rear upper indicators 35 quid all in
replaced the tailgate regulator wires and now the problem starts, from the switch it goes down instead of up and vica - versa so did the undo battery negative and leave for 5 mins reconnect and it still the same
so here i am lost in where to look next checking the interweb it seems i have cabled it up correcrtly, top cable to right hand top pulley, bottom cable to left lower pulley (cable with the white tensioner arrangement) as viewed from outside the vehicle
