As soon as I connect intercooler to inlet manifold that oil is comeing outa exhaust looks like an oil tanker wreck.surely a blocked breather couldn't cause that much oil outa intercooler pipe I've taken it off is that 90 degree pipe where it goes to manifold an it's spewing a couple of litres even starting for a second

It sounds like a failure in the turbo oil seal. Don't attempt to run the engine, as a diesel can actually run on the oil, with no way to stop it screaming it's head off, until the end seizes, or the crankshaft fails.

Another one of these new members straight into the "omg my carz broken" call the AA and feck off. Might shound harsh, but hes joined today, has made two posts, both of which are starting threads looking for tech support.

It is strange that someone would join and ask a technical question.

Hi and welcome. Sorry to hear of your plight. As Nodge68 says, sounds like a (very!) badly knackered turbo oil seal. It'll need fixing before you run it again, I'm afraid.

A good turbo will leak oil through a good seal with engine pressurisation.

So it may not 100% be the turbo....
