Do yourself, (and everyone else) a favour and buy a handbook in a language you understand! That way the simpler things are in the vehicle with you , and as said above, RAVE for the less simple.
RAVE includes the owners manual.

But the question must be asked, if you need a manual to do an engine oil service, should you really be wielding spanners? The L322 is not exactly a Bugatti Veyron where you need to remove half the back of the car and, from memory, drain the oil from all 13 drain plugs.

I obviously didn't ask clearly to all of you :) So pls let me correct my question: at 189000km (2003, diesel, automat) L322 which filters should I change? I got set "fuel+oil+air" any other? Thanks :) you are all very sweet.

If you don't have any service history for your vehicle, you should change all the oil and filters. That would include the engine, gearbox and axles.
