Iv made a start on taking everything off to service the car and clean everything up that clogged up. I found a oil leak from the top of the engine
I can see were it's been running all over the place the bolt that goes into this hole was done up tight enough.not to tight tho
Is it normal that oil come out oft hole? I only noticed it because I took the covers off and ran the engine for a bit to warm the oil before I drained it. IMG_20200220_155337.jpg IMG_20200220_164523.jpg
How would I stop this from leaking when I come to put it all back together?

If the crankcase is pressurized, then oil can leak out.

Yes, the bolt should stop the oil leaking. I use a small O ring on the bolt, just to make sure.

Don't tighten it too much, or the brass insert will spin. It just needs "nipping" up. ;)
