Hi all, new here my 2003 discovery has an oil leak (shock horror) could I get some help with likely causes and location. I've attached a picture. Cheers.
 
That is from the intermediate shaft "O" rings in the transfer box.

No second guessing on that, very common, what has happened is that the transfer box is worn and the gears are chattering and have flattened the O rings and starting to oval the casing.
 
Thanks for your quick replies, looks like Im down to one leak to source and then I can attempt to fix them. Thanks again for the advice.
 
+1 looks like ATF, so gearbox rear seal I suspect, not T box.

And Land Rover's don't leak, they just mark their territory......!!:):)
