Hi Guys
i have had to change my alternator recently, i have changed the oil seals on the pump with LR parts so its got new seals, the problem is i have a oil leak and i have no idea where its coming from
i took the alternator back off again and removed the pump, cleaned all the parts fullt and refitted
oil leak still there
some how the oil seems to be getting into the altenator. anyone had the same problem?

I am sure you have had a good look but it's not tracking down from the front cam seal cover is it! Mine was and killed the alternator!!!

I think I had the same problem as the one you describe. Have a look at this post - I had an oil leak that was easy enough to fix, a leaking pipe just above the alternator - scroll to the end of the fred for the pic.

i think i'll replace all the pipes on the altenator
and do the EGR at the same time
