had my oil coolers deled today that i won of ebay only ones showed up the gearbox cooler when i bid on a oil cooler so now back to square one and the pipes have been cut so even that coolers scrap so 80squid up the swani unless i can stop the cheque going through some people are so dishonest now i will have to fight to get my money back if the cheque has gone through i guess so anyone got any ideas were to go from here now i need the coolers to get me back up and running it`s a 4.6

speak to your bank. even though the cheque has cleared, you can still stop payment in certain cases. try it and see.
cleared doesnt mean the money has left your account yet.

Fill out the ebay complaints form and they often credit it for you, remember they have his account details and are able to remove funds, I have used it!!

For the rads there are numerous rangey breakers, do a google search or use findabit.co.uk who search breakers for you.

Did you write to the seller and give them a chance to respond? Maybe they put the wrong one in the post?

Just didn't sound like he'd bothered to try and sort it out with the seller. I nearly posted two different items to opposite people once! and I've forgotten to put stuff in with items I've sold many times! It's easy done when you've got a pile of items to send off to buyers. That's not to say the bloke isn't ripping him off, but at least give the guy a chance to respond.
