Hey Guys

Just scanned my DSE with my new Faultmate...very depressing. After clearing the faults below, they re-appear.

Can anyone shed light on some of the faults below please.... here we go...

ENGINE

Needle lift sensor - major fault
Cruise control out of range (not working)
Glowplug heaters

HEVAC

Right hand blender motor - short circuit
Left hand " " " "
Potentiometer feedback circuit failed
Distribution circuit ground
Right and Left blower motor - high side of regulation
Compressor clutch control - open
Air con request circuit short to positive
Distribution door motor - stalled during self calibration

The air con system does not work properly at all, so if all of the above point to anything you have come across before, I would appreciated the advice

Yeah, change your number four injector that will knock one fault off. Fitting new plugs will sort another one out.

Cheers Wammers!

So, new injector in number 4 will sort the needle lift sensor fault, and glowplugs will obviously sort the glowplug issue.

Any ideas on the cruise control and air con stuff?

Cruise control no, but it may not be working because of number four injector fault. Air con, blend motors are either stalled by stuck flaps or duff. Change or repair those then see what you are left with. Sometimes curing one fault cures a few others.
