So rangey went in today, the culprit seems to be the no 4 injector, retarding or advancing the pump (can't remember which i was too busy listening to how quiet the rangey sounded), so they've retarded the pump fully until i get a set of injectors including the no4, ebay recon ones £198. rangey sounds normal again.

ah, thank you that's really nice of you. hopefully he'll be ok with a new set of injectors
