yes my previous 4.0 driving it fairly quick, but not thrashing it £50 was about 200-225 miles.
Only london driving was it scary

Maybe i was stupid i saw it i wanted it i bought it simple as that. just thought id get more than 12. to the gallon as most people said, including the seller they do around 17. my old bmw 330 did 21 so felt 17 was a fair trade off , but i still think 120 miles for £50 is no good

They is dear cars to run without a doubt... serviced and maintained properly peeps can get 15-17 around town, the urge is always there with a rangie to put ya foot down tho imo

120 miles fore £50 you either are
1) stop start in traffic
2)have a fueling issue
3)must be driving it like a complete ****.

driving gently mine did 17-18mpg
going for it but not flooring it 15.9 ish

at least you have faced the fact that the rangey is out of your comfort zone for affordability/economy (hows that for sensitive wording, i could have just called him a pauper or pikey)

i dont drink or go out of a friday or sat night and get trollied, i'm not keen on ball sports so don't need a season ticket to ****nuckle utd fc town!!

so my leisure cash is used to run the rangey, its a sacrifice i am prepared to endure!

Tbh if i cud afford to run this 4.6hse we got in id feckin well keep it... Best looking cars on the road and soooo nice to drive

See I bombed the range rover and promised I'd buy a tdi-shame I couldn't stick to it and bought another v8

So i guess ........................reading ...between the ...lines so to speak..... your overwhelming message is......how can i put this.......PUT UP OR SHUT UP...trade off the chelsea season ticket

its your choice!!!

go and watch 22 fellas in tight shorts get all swetty every saturday (i can't believe theres no stigma attached to football!)

or drive the car of your choice in the manner of your choice!!!

i know what i'd rather do!

Why you complaining? My farm pick up is a 1996 Isuzu 2.6 petrol and it is heavier than my 4.6 Rangie.

I still love my rangie and looking forward to the winter ice and snow will just have to blow out the pride of london thanks for all your input ... i think... having said all that at the moment rangies running well and a joy to drive

:D:D voice of experiance calling here, never ever say your rangie is running well at the moment:eek: all rangies will just take that as a challenge:p enjoy her while you have her:D:D sod the fuel cost-- i have a 4.0 v8 and a heavy right foot:D:eek::Dbut i look on the plus side,my bank keep me near the top of thier mailing list :pound::pound:
