Your lucky, Round me they generally wont let me wash mine. Dummy usually gets spat on the floor saying its blocking the drains up.

tell them to clean them out then, its there job and you paid them
You have to put a token in the machine, So you have to go inside to get them. At which point they refuse to serve you.

i used to get that i just growls at um and ask for my token now i just back up over the drain and there waving it at the window
go in another time/before and get them then and use after you got it muddy. more than one way to skin a cat

Yes, There Is only one around me that I know of like that, And that is were I go generally. They some times still come running out like a mad man shouting the odds though.
