I said earlyer, SLS ouputs in the ABS - Suspension live data if there are shown for the warning lamps
Ok I will check that first tomorrow & report back. Sorry kids have been keeping me pre-occupied too lol. I really do hope to get to the bottom of this whilst I`m at home. & really appreciate you taking the time to talk me through this.

Right no codes stored in the Chassis-ABS section went to live data. Also forced the compressor on ok with tester. I will drive to the nearest car park as my drive slopes a bit & jack up the back to recalibrate.
26 shuttle valve SW. Both Open
31 SLS height Right 123 counts
32 SLS height left 138 counts
33 SLS valve sup. RR 5.03 V
34 SLS RR valve 0.00 V
35 SLS valve 5.03 V
36 SLS LR valve 0.00 V
37 SLS exhaust 0.00 V
38 SLS compressor 0.31 V
39 All doors closed
40 Off road switch off
41 SLS Plip signal Neutral signal

So no warning lights data, too bad... try in the BCU live data too just to make sure and if no joy those voltage measurements are needed

Right went to the car park near me with a jack to recalibrate & tried to calibrate the suspension, I first jacked the vehicle up to as close to 470 mm each side & then went into hawkeye settings to recalibrate & was told I needed to clear stored faults in the system. I thought this was strange as I`m sure there were none last time I checked unless jacking it up or the short drive brought them on. I got codes Fault 4137 Historical event on duration valve RR &Fault 4166 Historical event on duration Exhaust valve I cleared these faults & rechecked there were no more, recalibrated it & when I switched it back on after calibrating the suspension the faults were now gone & ORM works as it should & you press the button & it de-activates too. Fingers crossed this is now solved, but I`m not sure yet. Just to add I rechecked those above measuremnets & they were the same as in my above post.

Fingers crossed but if it comes back at least we know that the problem is with those valves or the circuit even though those codes can be caused by the fact that the system lost calibration at a point and the recalibration fixed it ... and if that's the case you can have some remorse that you didnt follow from the beginning my advice from post #19 Off road mode not working cos then all this saga could have been avoided  ... anyway let's hope it's fixed now but i'm getting some butterflies in my stomach untill you dont drive it more to confirm it's OK.

Yes I will take it for a drive to get more fuel as I only put 10 litres in & I will retry the ORM again. I am sure though I never had any codes before, but hopefully if it does resurface we will have something to follow. Thank you once again for sticking with me & guiding me through this as I do not have a great understanding like you do of these electrical problems.
