So how does the water get in normally.the water came from some little scroat smashing the passengers side door glass and stealing my snapon scanner during a monsoon .

Most often it is from the Sunroof, the Ill fitting Door seals, the badly designed Tailgate Seal, the roof joints, the pretty much anywhere there is a join!
you name it it will leak and that includes the pipes to the heater!
Forgive my stupidity. I have searched the forums, web, and RAVE manual and still can't locate these plugs. I am have a similar problem and I am hopeful that maybe this may be my issue as well.eightinavee you just nailed it mate .

After a little digging I figured it out. For anyone else wondering, this connector is located on the drivers side behind the plastic housing that the hood release is encased in. Just lift the plastic cover for the foot rest and there is a single screw. Remove that and then the lever to release the hood and you'll see this connection.Forgive my stupidity.
