I am looking at replacing the O rings that sit between the Air Con compressor and the hi and low pressure pipes. I have checked LRCAT and it just lists the parts as sizes and does not show which of these parts is connects the compressor and pipes together. Is anyone able to advise of the size of the rings of step 33 in the diagram below?

I've struggled to get the right part numbers too. What I ended up doing was going to a main dealer, getting them to give me the part numbers of all the possible variants, and order the lot. Then when it comes to spanner time you will certainly have one that is right. The cost of them is minimal. Same with all the other O rings in the system.
Good luck

If they are not leaking, why change them? They are not as far as i know a common failure point.

Could these be the ones you are after? on is discharge side the other on the suction

Hi

Looks like we posted virtually the same time , lol

I am getting the car ready for it MOT as it has expired. I tried to get the system regassed last summer but there was a substantial leak in the system and the hiss was coming from the compressor area. I thought that the leak would more likely be the O rings rather than the compressor so was going to replace and then see if system was airtight when going for the MOT.

Indeed, bought the sets of O rings because some of the O rings each are £6-7 which I refuse to pay

Currently doing my ac condensor on my D3 and O ring costs were stupid

How can anyone charge that amount for 50p or less O'ring?
