Are you stripping it all down to put it back together with new nuts and bolts then or is it already like a box of Lego?
 
Just get the lot from Screwfix or similar would be my suggestion. What I've done with mine, just buy a few hundred of the more common M6, M8 and M10 sizes with associated washers and nuts and then any other specialist bolts can be purchased as and when you find you need them.

They do a complete replacement kit. It replaces everything very effectively. It is here.

Alternatively you have to do some work and buy what you need!
 
It will cost a fortune, you are better off using your own bolts purchased as needed. Every bolt I replace is over specced compared to the originals. Mine are also all rust proof. Why would you want original when you can have better?
