stupid questions get stupid answers.Sounds like youd make the number plate look like wot ya want so its worth nothing.Blimey - 24 replies you lot must be bored. Wish I hadn't asked now.
Thx Richard your reply yesterday at 21.31. - spot on.
To clarify, The reg would make a word if the spacings were adjusted and the fixings strategically placed (i know its illegal, but hay hoy)
I doubt the current owner would be aware. Its just my distorted mind playing games or perhaps i need glasses.

their is a way of obtaining keepers details from DVLA you can fill a form in for request of keepers details in which you state the vehicle has been parked on land you own and you want them to move it but of course you will have to sign a declaration of truth that this is the case but unless you or somebody tells them otherwise they will send you details for a small fee.Hello All,
I would like to locate a particular vehicle. (owner's address)I've seen it around the area very, very ocassionally.
Not interested in the vehicle itself - only the registration mark on it.
Any ideas, I havn't tried the DVLC as I think that they would not divulge such info, would they ?

Well that maybe the case I was just pointing out how they can be obtained. They'll also inform the owner of the vehicle and the local plod that you have requested the details. Mainly because this is how a lot of car thieves get the address of a car they want to steal.
Why not just wait till you see the vehicle again and follow it. If he parks/stops somewhere You could approach the owner then or at least follow him to his address.
