Slob, you spot on! Don't look like a landy, it's got cruise control, heated electric mirrors, CD, sat nav, power steering, smooth gearbox, heated seats, loads of power, comfy, pleasant to drive, HANG ON, it's a Range Rover in disguise!

I dunno - sometimes yer just got to explain everyfing!

No recovery eyes = poor sarcasm on my part, as it's obvious, even to me, that the pink thing is pretty much 1 big recovery point. It might not have registered yet that both MHM and me are novices when it comes to this 'taking the agricultural line' lark, so the Dakar getting stuck and needing a tow anywhere we're likely to be driving isn't just remote, it's impossible - unless you let my kid sister drive it, I swear she'd get it stuck on the M3!

Anyways... back to the more salient point of... "when can I 'ave a go in it mister? Go arn, you knows yer wants to let me!"

You around on Saturday? MHM's car will need testing after we finish fiddling with it and I've been trying to persuade him he wants to find a local lane to test it on ;)

Cheers!

Adz, sorry, I'm new to this too, didn't pick up the sarcasm. Truth is, it will drive up a wall, but only if it's dry! Those wide tyres are fantastic on gravel, rock, shale etc, give it a proper bog and I'll be begging there's a tree within 100ft of me strong enough to stay upright whilst I winch out 2 & 1/4 tons of stuck posemobile! And yes, in the Brecon Beacons earlier this year it happened and I pulled a large pine out of the ground instead of the car out of the bog!!

Oops! Got some MT's on my 90 now so I've got no excuses any more

So was that a "yes you're coming laning on Saturday once MHM and I fix his car" ?

Sorry, can't make this Saturday as I have to work! How else can my wife and I afford to fuel 3 V8's?

However, when I can make it, you are welcome to "ave a go in it mister".

Can yer slow down with the tree pulling Jabba? - just can't keep up with yer!!! :D This is MY off roading toy:p

Old Locomo, Yella. Tis a good un as well. Worked every day with very little probs. I get to fly over and play with it when my two lads have their back against the wall running late on a contract. Will be over again in a week or so to do the same and really looking forward to it:D
