make it the weekend we are doing the main peaks run then i will be there and camping:D
 
Dam good idea that fook it why not 27th aug come down and meet everyone doing the peaks run if you wanna crash bring a tent, most of us will be there from 1500hrs the food is great and theres a good chance you could join us for BBQ,

sounds like a nightmare, where you stoping in worcester?
 
No leave it there's only 4 of us bothered so I can't see the point really pal we,ll reset the date for the 27th aug when where all there then for those that want to turn up at then they can meet more people plus it gives everyone more time to make arrangements, sorry pal hope you don't mind
 
Carnt see wot the problem is? Carnt yu go for a drink on ya own, ffs. Just go to the pub - does it matter if 2, 3 or 130 turn up? Just say "the pub meet is at this place and this time". Once peeps have been a couple of times it will grow. Who needs an excuse for a leasurely pint and a chat - or do ya need chaperoning up norf?
 
If anyone wants to take over the organisation of this thread please feel free because do to family problems I no longer have time to deal with this and I will be pulling out of everything I'm committed to doing for the next 4 weeks or so, I will still be doing the aug bank hol run over the peaks but that will be all sorry guys, family first.

Thanks for your well wishes guys, the missus says thanks to everyone. Hopefully when the hospital have finished giving the mother in law a full service and m.o.t, they'll do the op and fit her with a new engine so she can get back to what she does best, hen pecking :D
