just one thing that springs to my mind is... is it wise organising a laning trip with 50 ish plus landys to the most sensitive area of the country and arranging it on an open forum? might be wise to move to ag.
The bobblies in and arround the peaks are very very anti anyone and are very well organised, they could soon round up enough peeps to have problems on every lane arround.

Cut him some slack. 
Groups is fine it can be altered as time goes on and people dropping out can leave a space for others to fill.
The groups for soft laning and scratchy is fine also.
He's got forty five vehicles to cater for, rather him than me.

IMO, keep everythin to yourself for now... organise behind closed doors, all the groups bein sorted is too soon, there has been no routes planned and no recces as far as i know, do you have enough leaders? that are experienced enough to lead.... reserve leaders in case one or 2 drops out?? enough willin to be tailenders? each group has enough recovery gear/ members to deal with recoveries? each group has CBs?....

Exactly... it aint an easy task... and it needs to be done right so the day goes without a hitch.

i go to the peaks at least once a month so know it fairly wel, davidsally knows it even better also paul d does. and nick 2303 and callum also regulars

Ill try to make the meet, ive done a modderate amount of lanes and have a number of lanes marked on MM that ive done in the past.
Im sure help will be gladly recieved and youve had offers from some who know namely davidsally, paulD to name a few.

Would you like a new policy too where all single members have to report to you on the day for briefing/number exchange for safety reasons
