Ahh, thank you, that why nrgserv said gaffer tape :D :D

Yes lovely to meet you. I went back to the tyre place armed with the proof that those tyres on are on yours. He still said I cant have them. Said yours is a 110 and they wont fit a 90 :(:(

Sick of flaming tyres now, after all that research too :confused:

It wasn't the wheels it was the Landy, said they wouldn't fit

285 will fit a 90 wots he talking about lol

I've given up, will have to go on the trip with little wheels. I had decided (after a lot of searching) that the 235/85/16 or the 7.50 would fit although the 235 ones might need wider wheels.

After speaking to them the 235 wont fit a 90 only a 110 (wheels dont matter) and I cant have the 7.50 with white writing :(:(

No wonder there are so many tyre threads.

Tyrte man is talking ****e. I had 265/70/16's on a 90 and 7.50/16's are std fit for 90's and 110's

and 235/85/16 is almost identical in size to 7.50/16's find another tyre place

Had a brilliant idea :D :D :D

Which also hasn't worked. I must not have enough posts to post in the wanted section

Y' only need 50 AFAIK...

Anyhoo, 4 hrs, and me cam belt is done, including resetting the timing completly!! she runs nicely now, think i might even be able to tweak the pump up a bit more, cos the smoking has stopped when you boot it:D:D

Well chuffed, 3rd timing belt ive done, first one ive got right :)

was a slight oh f**k moment when I dropped one of the O rings for the oil cooler, found it again tho...

Old belt was fooked to say the least, was still on the old idler guide type, about an 1/8" was worn off the side, and the rest didnt look great, at least I know it will be fine for another 5 or 6 years now
