The wiring diagram would be helpful I agree. I’m thinking my pcv could have failed open and the fuel
Is returning to tank as that’s why it won’t build pressure.

Like I say I am not familiar with the TDV6, the V8 has a test port on the low pressure side and I am sure it says should read 40-55psi, which the other doc may mention.
So still don't rule out your low pressure pump/s
If its not suppling enough the whole system may just say "no"

Fuel charging & controls - the only wiring diagram I have for the DV6 is for EU6 emissions standard and as such may cause confusion rather than clarity.
Edited to add screenshots to show the fuel pump reset that caused some scepticism.
