Hi, just a quick one. Since getting my 2001 TD5 manual last year, I have always noticed that when I'm in 5th gear and change down to 4th, I always hear a clicking noise, as though something is disengaging. Is this normal or have I got something to worry about.

this is the reverse lockout, its designed to stop you going from 5th to reverse, the click you hear is it disengaging and is perfecly normal.
