Can you take live traces of all the engine menus when engine warm? A couple of minutes (3 say) on each menu. Post them up here. Remind me, is it GEMS or Thor?
 
I think it is a Nicholson mclaren gas conversion and no it was installed before I bought the car I believe it is an AG system

Post them up here. I haven't got access to a Thor to compare to but I'm sure someone will know what they are looking at.
