Are you getting a spark? If so, I would think it ISN'T immobilised so would be checking all injector wiring.

hi, i have looked under car, at the inspection cover,and notice that the tip of the crankshaft sensor ,inbetween the timing ring is about 5m 1/4 inch in, does anybody know if this is correct,please,i have done security learn,and it has said yes mobilised,still wont start,thanks for any help. 4.6 gems 1996 petrol

Just out of interest 5mm is just over 3/16" or so 1/4" is 6.35mm.

My CPS is at about 2 o clock looking from front of car, Can it be seen from inspection cover on bottom of bellhousing?

The CKP should sit with a spacer on the mounting bracket to set it at the correct gap.

there is two inspection plates,you can see it through the plate behind sump ,the one with about six bolts,
