It is done! Big thanks to Bustersbus and everyone else. I took the whole dash out and found the biggest culprit for leaks. it was the front vents. I sealed the buggers shut and now, hopefully, it should be the end of my troubles.
Cheers all!

Got to work round all the rusty patches on the chassis as well.

found this great paint stuff. you have to mix two parts together and it dries like iron. have to strip all the paint and rust off first though

wish i hadn't bloody started now!

What you gonna do when you get too hot?

Nasty crack on yer mirror, was that done before or after you'd consumed what suspiciously looks like a bottle of booze?

You've seriously let the side down there mate, on both counts.

I know. I am ashamed of myself. I did sit back and chuckle as a cherokee turned, pitched and rolled down the same hill though. all his fuel lines ripped out, rear suspension snapped and windscreen popped. i mannaged to slide gracefully and in a controlled fashion into a nearby tree, thus stopping nyself slidding all the way down. it was a bloody steep hill.
