Sounds like you have been through the bleed process as comprehensively as possible, might now be time to establish if the IP is in fact rotating, the pump drives off a "skew gear" from the camshaft I think, (I'm not all that familiar with this engine), but @jamesmartin will have seen a lot, and may know if there could be possibility of failure in this area, it could be a failure somewhere in the drive gears or drive tangs on the pump, check that the pump is fully seated in its mounting. Without being there to have a look I can only suggest that if there is a place somewhere on the IP you can witness the pump shaft actually rotating, if its not then there is no way it will push fuel. Which could be the reason the vehicle was sold as a "non runner".

Pump drives off the cam belt.

Hello,
today I installed a used injection pump Same effect, only a few drops of fuel is coming out at the injector lines. :(

Are you certain stop solenoid is working correctly and checked power to it? (And did you use the same one with both pumps?)
If you have plenty of fuel from the lift pump but not to the injectors either both pumps are dead or your hard lines are plugged I guess. How long are you cranking for with the hard lines off the injectors?

I used different solenoids and they both seem to work.
I think the lift pump is working correctly, at the pump bleed screw a lot of fuel is spilling out.
I cranked till the Batterie was empty but at the injector only a few drops came out. I'll try it again tomorrow with a full loaded Batterie .

Hi there. I got some news, I disassembled the whole pump. The main pump plungers where stuck. Now I got a good amount of diesel at the injectors. But the engine still won't start. Even while towing there is only white smoke, but it won't fire up. It runs when I spray diesel directly into the air inlet, the injectors are also clean. Any ideas?

get pump rebuilt or get another,

I don't know the exact pressure. But it's enough to spray diesel up to the hood. I didn't touch any adjustment screws at the pump. Is it possible to get it running by turning the pump around or should it also fire up with a "not perfect" timing?

it would do that at 100 psi but it needs to be 2000,timing needs to be fairly accurate to start but a few degrees wouldnt stop it

Yes you are right. I tried it again. It sounds like it's willing to start up. I think I geht that pump to a service for a pump test.
