I have found the problem with the demister now, the pipe was part off under the drivers foot well footwell, a relief the dash has NOT got to come off, BUT .......

The blend motor on the passenger side does not work, so I get it off and buy another motor, STILL does not work, so bought another control panel STILL does not work, tested to make sure there are no broken wires between the plug and the motor, and all ok, the drivers blend motor and the air distribution motor work fine, so no fuse problem, can anyone help, I am at a loss now

do you have any error codes from the hevac? is the passenger side stuck on full hot, full cold or somewhere in the middle?

The passenger side was stuck on 33% according to my nannocom, I will get the error code today, thought i saved it, the flap works fin when i pull and push the little lever by hand so no stuck flap or valve

if you are careful, you can backprobe the 2 wires to the motor, turn the ignition on and see if you get a voltage, I think its the brown and black wires.

you shouldn't be able to move the flap if the motor is in place

there is no voltage to the motor in any way, with this control panel or the new control panel, plug is ok wires were ok, SO I have cheated ......

I have connected the left motor power wires (brown and black to the right motor brown and black wires (Brown to black and black to brown as the motor is other way round ) made sure they were both on 100% heat and fixed them in and it works great now, could never see the point of left and right heaters anyway ha ha

Thanks to all that helped

That's an interesting update. I wonder if both hevac units are broken in the same way? I think there is someone who can do repairs.
I'm not sure what will happen when a calibration is done (happens periodically) hopefully the passenger motor will survive!

+1 I think I remember it recalibrate ever 500 times the ignition is turned on.
