may help does the high level work if so check bulbs
All the D1 diagrams have the 3'rd brake lamp in themSo why not post the correct diagram for the D1 and one that’s with out a high level brake light.

Anyway........get a new switch they're only a few quid before you rewire the whole car.Just noticed I have no brake lights fuse is ok can't see that both bulbs blew at the same time but do they share an earth if so where is it ?.also brake light switch abs 4 pin type would this be two circuits open with pedal up and two close when pedal is pressed down?.
