Hello everyone...
Brought my first discovery yesterday... I'm a land rover virgin although i've driven a couple of td5 and tdci defenders from SHB through work, I've brought myself an N reg 300tdi ES discovery in epsom green, everything but the passenger wing mirror, drivers side window and the 6 disk changer seems to work which I'm quite happy with!
Had a proper look over it and seems to be really quite solid compared to a lot of the heaps I went to look at before this one! Took the drivers door card off yesterday and the motor works fine, just the runners completely nakered so I shall pick another one of those up from a scrappy or ebay soon enough, topped the power steering fluid up and all seems to be good with it!
My only concern is although there's no pulling the steering wheel is off centre... what could be a cause of this?
Went playing up Goodwood today and thoroughly enjoyed myself and am very keen to join in with some club green laning very soon!!!
