Hi Landyzone,

Got myself a nice 1988 land rover 110 2.5td two weeks ago, not going to lie, slightly obsessed already.

Im still a student so poor enough already not to worry about how much it will cost me in the coming years.

Look forward to much helpful advice as I am new to working on land rovers or any car for that matter.

Sadly its a 21st birthday present so a few weeks to go until I get to use it but nothing to say I can't work on it / save every penny for diesel.

Hi Dippypud,

Im studying Environmental and Sustainable Chemistry, just started my final year.

Starting my research topic on monday, so there goes any spare time until next march.

Fortunately central scotland has had a habit of providing proper snow for the past 3 years now so looks like i'll need to leave the clio at home and take the Landy to uni.
