Hi guys! Ive just joined the forum (see newbie threads bit :D) and im wondering where abouts is the best place for off roading in dorset?! Im down bridport so if anyone is near and go offroading alot then look me up!! Used to have a beat up old pajero for off roading and in my opinion its much better going out with mates!!

I still havent got my landy yet as im still juggling between a defender or disco! Anyway any local tracks people know of OR anyone who wants to SHOW me some when i have mine would be more than appreciated!!

keep ya eyes on the off roading section , best hurry up and get a landy then , im only around 12 miles from you
 
hello have you tried the lane that is near beaminster tunnel only after the land slide i dont expect that you can get accross and theres another near there that goes straight up at the top theres a picnic area. Im also looking at os maps at the moment to find some. theres alot of good lanes near me just trying to find aload to make a good sunday day out.
I'll keep in touch like you said more the better.
 
Should have one this time next week!! Good to know there some round this area! Yes tried beaminster tracks there good fun but now with the tunnel collapse most are blocked off :(

Best bets to join a club. Plenty about and as your bridport,the summerset clubs would be worth a look aswell.
 
Yeh I was thinking about doing that! Also trying to persuade a mate to buy a disco. Hes never been offroading but very keen.... One go out in my truck hes bound to be hooked!!
