For those that are interested!
After more diagnostics the fault was due to 'Fuel pressure sensor resistance being to high due to: Corrosion in plug.'
Fix: 'Plug connectors cleaned and connects tightened.'
Including recovery from my home to the garage (6 miles) the bill came to £210.33
Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome...now prepare yourselves for loads of stupid questions!

as someone else said " I only ask stupid Questions, because I dont know the answers" - It ia also true that a question is only stupid to those that know the answer!
