Hi Everyone.

I've recently joined the fraternity as finally found a Defender 110 Hardtop I can now call my own! Why did I want one - always had a soft spot for Defenders and thought it would be useful as a workhorse, plaything, camping buddy, mountain biking support vehicle, etc. that I could tinker with to my hearts content!

No previous experience of 4x4 ownership, learning on the job (and that's already started!) but loving it. Looking forward to meeting up with fellow enthusiasts, joining a club, learning a thing or two and getting my hands & the Landy dirty.

Speaking of clubs - can anyone recommend one in the North West that meets near Preston?

Cheers,

David
