Hi! I'm Ash, from the North West.

I bought a 1987 90 last year which needed a bit of tlc. She has a 200 tdi engine and a galvanised chassis which was a good a base as any I believe. I'm new to the Land Rover scene but with a bit of help from a friend who knows plenty and the knowledge on here I'm hoping to get it on the road and use it as a bit of a daily driver, and maybe (just maybe) sell it on if I can part with it (I might even let the girlfriend tow a horse trailer with it for a short while if she's lucky).

As it stands it's in several pieces, but is slowly being painted and put back together at a unit outside of work (It's what I do for a living). I will but a progress thread up but I'm not 100% sure how fast it'll progress as I'm trying to find a healthy balance between spending money on the landy and spending money on the house (first one), landy is currently winning that battle!

Here she is when I bought her (taken from advert) ....

And this is how she was last week after I painted the tub. I'll get more pictures up over the next week or so

Welcome to Landy Zone @Ash2304 , that's a fine looking little truck you have there, your painting skills are good too by the look of that finish, it should come up really nice when fully painted.

Welcome to the forum, nice looking colour that :D:p

Thanks, it's a ford colour, I've been wanted to paint something in it for a while so took the opportunity when it came!
