Hi Guys,
Went to see a P38, had a 'Replacement Land Rover' service schedule book, had land rover stamps, but i could not see the dealer, any way to find out who the dealer was, is this genuine?

Thanksm

Although it's nice to have it's really a bit irrelevant.

LR dealer technicians would parobably never have worked on a P38, and most wouldn't know one end from another. Mostly technicians are pretty poor nowadays.. they plug into a diagnostic machine read the fault codes, take it to the master technician who signs off on them changing whatever module and that's it.. job done.

If you want to get a clear picture of what's been done and how it's been looked after, receipts.. receipts.. that will give you clear picture of what's been done and when gearbox oil and filter reciepts etc. main dealers stamps dont tell you that

Some of the worst service i have had is from main dealers

If you know nothing about them, get someone who does to take a gander at it for you.
