Hi v new to landrover have the 3 lights on the dash need to know

1.is this a mot fail?
2.any way of getting rid of lights without fixing the acvtual probs
3.other than landrover is there any way of soring it out
4.how much am i looking at roughly to have this sorted

many thanks
ps heard theres something on ebay to sort it but dont know what

Rather than just trying to put the lights out to confuse the MOT tester (not always difficult) consider they are often there for a reason. Maybe your brakes aren't working as they should. Which lights are they? ABS, handbrake, hill descent, etc?......

Snap! Had this twice! Easy fix however needs diagnosed first. Probably a wheel sensor or the ABS actuator ring. Two ways of checking. Either on hands and knees poking around in the snow four times i.e at each wheel (not recommended) or by plugging in to a diagnostic machine. This will tell you right away which wheel it is. It will probably show up "air gap incorrect" which means one or the other. A second hand drive shaft or hub usually fixes it at £40 each. New bits are very dear e.g. £100+ for one sensor.............! Rarely is it just needing a tweak but the lights need re-set in any case. While these lights are on your ABS and Hill descent don't work. Could be worthwhile in this weather.
