Perhaps it's a new method of security 'cos no-one is going to nick that, are they?

Maybe it would still get nicked to see how quickly it’ll burn;)

Also wonder if some of these wraps are actually legal in the sense of reflection from the sun, therefore causing a danger to other road users in not being able to see, like having a big mirror in front of u

That's a good point. I hadn't thought of it but I do agree.

We see this kind of "unique style" every week in Bradford. Expensive and it looks like crap, but these have their own customers, 99.9% with a certain ethnic persuasion.
my wife who is also owns a freelander same as me says it looks like a drug dealers car I just wanted to share this with other Landrover people , and they have the new evoque under wraps and would not let me see it .i do not like any of the new Landrovers I think Landrover have lost the plot

If it were stolen the wrap could be taken oft. Eye think it will only be £4k if lr or their dealer applied it. Must be cheaper else where. Lots of companies doing it these days. Its quite labour intensive if they do a propper job of pulling bits oft as opposed to cutting into edges.

They rarely get stolen for the looks. Wrap will come off if need be. So does the engine gearbox diff and interior.
And yes this is an iconic drug dealer car.

Hmmm - an Evoque 2 in Rose Gold. Not for me!

Saw a Disco Sport 2 the other day - really liked the look of it: very Gerry McGovern of course, but it wasn't wearing a tart wrap ;)

(PS do you pronounce the "wr" as a "cr" ? ;))
