Firstly I want to say hello. I am dave and from northamptonshire.

I have spent a lot of years working with 90 and 110's in the forces and love them to bits.

I also want to get one for my self swap my mazda 6 for one to use as my personal vehicle and also as a search and rescue vehicle. Any help or direction would be appreciated

You could try following ambulances and monitoring emergancy radio frequencies but it's illegal

Lol no need one to also be used as a search and rescue vehicle to hold the team equipment and for use on training
