Hello everyone, just joined up after buying a defender. He's an ex coast guard 1995 90 300 tdi with only 55,000 miles on the clock - all mots prove this.
I've spent the first week changing Lubes, cambelt, waxoyling and generally Fettling. Great vehicle.

Looks a tidy clean tratter, what's the chassis like if it's lived by the sea. Also consider some security upgrades to stop it wondering off

The chassis is good. Records show it was maintained by Inchcape, who annually steam cleaned and waxoyled it. It has had new outriggers. For the past ten years it's only done a few hundred miles each year, so I don't know what it was used for.

Result, just got to make sure it's safe and secure
