Hi, just acquired a landie 1994 110 200tdi with the intention of fixing her up for a road trip. I know there's some work to be done!
Has a galv chassis, fearne intercooler, galv roof rack, sump and diff guards, heated screen, 2 inch lift (brit part..) bfg wheels, at 2 grabbers, Split air pipe from air filter to turbo, overdrive (not working but doesn't affect normal drive) has worn UJ on front prop shaft, smaller than letterbox sized bit of rot under bonnet on bulkhead underneath the drivers bonnet hinge and bad door sils/ floor pan (not foot wells) plus bottom underside of the door frames need replacing as they're rotten and leak.
Drove her 230 miles home without missing a beat bit lost some oil from the split pipe (possibly a blocked return pipe on the turbo)
Paid 3150
Looking forward to some hard work and fun!

Off the bat i aim to make her watertight, doors sills etc...
Replace the UJ's and swap the air pipe. After that I'll get the bulkhead welded (if possible, need to do some reading to see of its possible and safe..)

Ok maybe I was little bit over optimistic. After reading a few posts a watertight Defender seems to be quite a rarity haha..
