had a l322 for best part of 4 years love it got all the toys plus all outside chrome trims .
anyway about 3 weeks ago had the AA out flat battery got it jumpstarted and followed them to get replacement battery
was aware that you have to keep these alive with 12v supply so aa man plugged power source into access point below steering wheel. proceded to change battery how ever during this process he inadvertently earthed it which resulted in blowing a 5amp fuse behind the dash. engine ran ,nothing else worked apart from alarm. after getting the vehicle taken to local garage and repaired everything seemed fine. only use the car once a week little milage two weeks ago while going out been driving about 30 mins when the steering wheel began to shudder constantly whilst moving no more or less whilst braking, excellerating
driven home parked it up did the same next day more or less the same .if it were brakes ,tyres, balancing I presume it would happen straight away .I have read that because power was removed the gearbox needs to learn does this sound correct or gaff thanks for any help given

Welcome to the forum.
So, it's fine until you've been driving for 30 mins?

I would have thought your best bet would be to get it plugged in to a diagnostic tester.
When you say local garage fixed everything, what did they do just replace the fuse? I can't imagine everything, but the alarm, runs through a single 5 amp fuse.
A few years ago a mate of mine had a discovery. Travelling down A1 at 60mph it started bouncing all over the place. IIRC it turned out to be a sensor on the suspension had developed a fault.

Hello ,

You really need to place a post of your own , rather than hijacking someone elses,.........:p preferably in the Discovery section.

Also have you got the EKA code?

Cheers

sorry new to all of this computer stuff I have tried eka codes none of them are working that are on my card that is with the manual but none seem to be working

OK,

Go place a new thread in the Discovery section or the introduce yourself section.

The problem you have is normal for D2 's , hopefully we can get it working.

Cheers
