ah great spot, thanks will have a look in morning... much simpler if it is than my worst fears of timing issues that could blow engine!Not sure on the noise, Vid did not last that long. But it does look like the water pump pulley is loose. ( maybe it is the engine vibes , making it look that way).
take the belt off and see if anything is loose /wobbly.
But one thing to check, is the pipe that sits above the water pump pulley touching the pulley?

Obvious thing to try really. Unless you've got better than 20-20 vision and can see the problem!I did like your suggestion though, was a good thing to suggest he tries.
