Galloways are OK, bit small and a bit wild. Dexters are just too small.

Not much point in trying to convert me, if you cut me in two, it would say Aberdeen-Angus right down the middle!
But there's more Ab/Angus sold world wide than there is genuine Aberdeen Angus.

Show me an instance, it will be dealt with. The Angus cattle society has good lawyers, and defends our brand fiercely.

Don't forget, there are schemes for Angus cross, that is sired by an Angus bull, as well as schemes to certify pedigree Angus meat.

Serious accident, I would think absolutely right.

that’s why i replied to the other thread ref the sidewall rating , would have felt really bad if they had been fitted and burst or something untoward happened and i hadn’t said anything after reading it

know i’m not responsible but had to at least give a heads up

like many of us do here , all about helping other fellow members

Sorry, don't want to interrupt the thread - it's just a stat that I read some time ago - if you counted the kilos of claimed Aberdeen Angus being sold in British restaurants, the figure actually outweighed the availability. But I cannot recall the ratio. Apologies - it's not really a beef. Sorry again!

That's why we DNA test all Angus cattle at registration now. ;)
