Happy days!

Gotta say, for all the **** bits I do like D2. Get a tidy one and I really enjoy them, just for cruising around, yano how it is.

Anyway, with that motor in it'll be reyt. Can you find out what temp it is running at?

Good choice, of course I am slightly biased!

A good V8 on LPG is a damn good car, pity so many people get seduced by the TD5, which is not as good an engine as many would have you believe. Shame that LR didn't continue with its development and sort out the silly faults.

lister nothing wrong with the td5 with a bit of love and attention. A td5 needs to be loved, v8 is another world watched and listened to one the other day, thought why did i buy td5. Because it gives back the more you give in ;)

Thanks for all positives lads

I am not too sure about these 'Vogue' alloys as they are called

They were an upgrade option along with the Comet type

Although some folks like them I prefer the more common hurricanes that
Would have been standard in 2003

Anyone want to swap?

Handsome car that.would love a v8.

That's just after we put the new engine in, July 2009.

We've done 62k miles since then, been to Europe four times with the engine and trailers, never let us down. We do Inverness and back two or three times a year, it's great for long distance travel.
