now i think i mite have the wiring sorted on my own.
but i cant seem to get gas from vap to engine
its getting to vap and soly on tank is working
valve on vap seem to work clicks on/off i think this one is a elec/magnet.

anyone had this problem?
and is the vaporizer supposed to have oil in it i took a large brass nut off and it ****ed out don't remember that on my last one.

You sure that was oil and not old coolant gone sticky??

Taste it - bitter sweet is coolant, slimey and urggh is oil.

oil in lpg is normal, its added to lubricate the fill pumps etc, this is why injectors should be
fitted as near to vertical as possible so that its burnt in the engine.

Really....

My injectors are horizontal - and I have a Flash-Lube system fitted, that is external to the LPG system and is drip fed directly into the intake manifold to lubricate the Inlet Valves....

The vaporizer needs hot water from the cooling system to change it from liquid gas to gas , so check water pipes. You can also do a test to see if the diaphragm is split in the vapoizer by removing the pipe from the stepper motor and sucking down the pipe. If resistance is felt then it is ok.If no resistance, then the rubber diaphragm is split.

the oil in the lpg is not to lubricate the engine, just the fill pump etc,you can fit injectors any way you like, its just that if they are upright then any oil that finds its way to the injectors can drain and be burnt in the engine.
