Finding this website a bit confusing hard to know where I am and what I am doing - keep finding myself duped into clicking on just answer or ads when I think I am in forum

Hey welcome from drizzly scotchland o_O You will find the adverts are a right pita, if you pay a membership fee there are settings to be advertless :D Mods will probably do this for you if you ask.
But for now if you click on a page then see the advert click back off & on it the add wont be there. ;)

It's a test. Keep at it. Remember, persistence counts.

It's how we weed out the less than earnest. :)
 
Welcome to the forum, agree with others it is a pain in the behind at times on a phone but you do get use to it. Really helpful and funny (In a good way!) bunch on here more than happy to help
