Hi, all.
New member, here. Been away from the Land Rovers for too long. Recently needed to change my daily drive. In a world full of ECU, cambelts, DPF particulate filters and dual mass flywheels, I decided a series Land Rover was the way forward. I settled on a rebuilt series 3 diesel, with a galvanised chassis and an overdrive. Was a long drive home from Cornwall. But 6 and a half hours later, I was home in one piece. Nothing more than a slight ringing in the ears! Over the moon with the little truck, and the simple engineering that we can still understand. Cheers all.
Regards, Rob.
